The primary values based on Quranic injunctions provide a rational framework of Ethics in Islam. The origin of Ethics in Islam is derived from the acceptance and the obedience of the Creator of the Cosmos, i.e. Tawhid. The brief in Tawhid leads to the unification of characterization, whether the practicing believers are living in China, Pakistan or Amazon. The second value, which is the ultimate emergence of the Islamic belief system is Adl, which means fairness, justice, equity and balance. In order to live a meaningful life, one should not live in conflict with the unity of the cosmos and work against its balance. If one does so, the result would be chaos. The third primary value is the Protection and Promotion of Human Life. The protection and promotion of human intellect, rationality and reasoning are as important as life. Anything that harms the reason is considered illegal and unlawful in Islam. E.g. drugs, intoxicants, liquor etc. The fourth primary value is the Preservation of Religious and Cultural Freedom. The fifth value is the Protection and the Dignity of the Gene and Genealogy. The last and sixth primary value is the Protection of the Property.
