About Lesson
An Islamic State upholds Sharia and Allah’s sovereignty, requires leaders to adhere to its ideology and consult for consensus. It rejects discrimination, promotes ethical conduct, and balances individual and societal rights. Its functions include preserving the Deen, enforcing Sharia, ensuring security, applying prescribed punishments, Jihad for the oppressed, collecting taxes and zakat, appointing competent individuals, regulating finances, and supervising public affairs for societal welfare.
